How ClayForEnterprises.com handles information.

Last updated: 2026-11-01

What we collect

When you submit a project inquiry, use the Project Planner submission, or request assistance, we collect the information you provide: name, business email, company (optional), phone (where offered), project details, and any tool outputs you choose to attach (planner briefs, diagnostic results, calculator scenarios).

How it is used

Submitted information is used solely to respond to, scope, or deliver the services described on this site. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, and inquiries are not forwarded to external providers or directories.

Where it is stored

Inquiries and generated results are received and kept as email in the ClayForEnterprises mailbox. There is no lead database on this website. Access is limited to ClayForEnterprises personnel who operate the mailbox.

Analytics

The site runs first-party, privacy-preserving event measurement (page views, CTA clicks, tool engagement) stored on the site own infrastructure. No personal identifiers are attached to analytics events, and no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking scripts are used.

Tool results sent for recordkeeping

When you deliberately generate a result with the Project Planner, the Troubleshooting Clinic diagnostics, or the Cost & Usage Calculator, a copy of that generated output is sent by email to ClayForEnterprises for recordkeeping. This is disclosed on the tool page before you generate a result. If you provide contact details they are included; if you do not, the result is sent anonymously. You are not required to provide an email address to use any tool or to see your result. Avoid including confidential credentials or sensitive personal information — submissions containing credential-like strings are rejected automatically.

Email storage

Inquiries and generated results are received and archived via the site email system. As a reliability measure, commercial inquiries are additionally kept for seven days in a private, access-controlled location outside the public website (and unsent notifications are held there until delivered); all such copies are pruned automatically. No structured lead database is used.

What not to submit

Please do not send API keys, passwords, or system credentials through forms. Submissions containing credential-like strings are rejected automatically.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by writing to contact@clayforenterprises.com.

Retention

Inquiries and generated results are retained in the mailbox while commercially relevant and for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact address above; because records live in the mailbox, deletion is performed on the mailbox copies.
